Last week, we put it out there and offered what questions to the public and members on our Instagram account. Who questions would you like to ask. It came as no surprise, as what people want to know most is, what model are really like in real life, what do they like to wear and even who our favourite model(s) are.

So with some strategic tightrope walking. As not to burn our bridges or upset anyone, we will do our best to answer these questions here, now, without giving too many personal details away.

Well starting with the explanation, we have working with many models over the twenty years college-uniform has been producing and on-line. We do carefully select our models, we have a limited budget, because we have a limited audience, uniform are not for everyone. And we did reach a point with content was almost manufactured and not created… Limited number means more exciting content.

Every model is different, the best ones bring something to the site, and then there are those that just come and go. Also, in life someone just do not get on with other so personalities can clash and yes, very attractive girl will try to emotional manipulate you.

We have found that girl in the EU, are more professional, than those in the UK we would have worked with in the past. They are friendly enough but keep their distance, where UK girls would have befriended you for the opportunity of more work (it was a fake friendship).

Working with girls when we were in and UK was somewhat of a minefield. Yes, there where girls that were became friends with (as above), then there were some we worked with regularly and disliked! Somewhere rude, dismissive or thought a little too highly off themselves to the point where we should just be thankful for them for turning up. We never had a serious problem with any models, but we are glad that those days are behind us. Manipulation and Narcissism, and bad-mouthing other model that we could have worked with, and like wise we where bad mouthed so model didn’t seek us out for work.

Now

I cannot tell you how much freer it is working with European models, firstly no judgement on the uniforms and some of the European girls are excited to wear it. They are opened minded. They are here to do a job and complain a lot less than UK models (full stop). They are also better at posing and know their craft. We are talking about girls that shoot almost every day of the week, it could be soft, adult, for other productions or themselves, none of the big announcements on social media when a UK model decides to get out of bed for that one day of the month. Yes, sure there are character and cultural quirks, but also, they are so much more positive about work.

They are happy to be paid, where UK girls would complain on their low rate (for doing… less, sorry).

We are aware that some of the models are highly intelligent, and that is what personal (myself) find the most attractive (conversation and life experience). So, sure an attractive face will get you notice but keep me mentally engaged. And for us here at college-uniform, we like to be happy to embrace life and work in Europe.

This uniform is one of the top uniforms on college uniform, if not the top uniform on the site. From are very first shoot with Sammi, to one of the more recent shoots with Kama Oxi. It is always packed when we shoot away, and for a long time the first uniform new models would wear.

The uniform has undergone a few tweaks over the years but remains the same at the core. We have added the tie (the correct tie for the school, but the girls’ uniform did not have a tie), and of course the addition of Louboutin high heels, to which the black heels and red soles match the uniform perfectly, but even with flat shoes, the uniform looks great.

We refer to the uniform on the site as CU002, but it is better known as the “Hot Schoolgirl Uniform”, or while shooting on set, the “ice breaker”, due to being the first choice in use.

It is one of the few uniforms we can offer as a large group shoot. Some of the models have shot in the uniform on more than one occasion, and mainly because not only does the uniform remain a favourite with the members, but also the models we shoot in this uniform feel, sexy.

The Uniform is from the UK, but it looks more like the kind of uniform you would see in a Catholic School of North America.

The Ultimate question is, who looks best in it?

Yes, well December is almost here, and it will be Christmas, time for a Santa to come and bring all those present the have not made it to his naughty list and off course there is a Christmas bonus for a few of those hard working people that seem to be on call 24/7, people like you local plumber that will come out a fix a leak when it is needed.

But as most of you know, our local plumber has not made it back to his office since his last job, in fact he has been missing for some time.

Well, it is indeed December and as the year comes to an end, what better way than to re-visit your favourite story line here at college-uniform, Plumber Tails: Episode 15 will feature the great and very well know Alexis Crystal. It just

also happens to be her Debut on college-uniform.

Viewing this coming Episode during editing, it is more fun that other episodes and we played a little more with the idea of the plumber moving around but still under control. Alexis Crystal is great! So, keep your eyes open for December
